CUTA's Training Courses are open to anyone interested in taking transit-specific training. All of the public courses have been designed using input from our members to target areas of need and are continually updated.
Our course offerings include:
- Transit Scheduling and Runcutting
- Transit Facility and Fleet Maintenance
- Transit Labour Relations and Collective Bargaining
- Transit Planning
- Advanced Transit Scheduling and Runcutting
The courses occur over a five day period with a CUTA Trainer providing the delegates with in-depth training using up to date information, presentation and participatory delivery, hands on workshops and individual feedback. This multi dimensional learning environment ensures that all delegates take home the knowledge and skills needed to improve their work performance.
The Supervision Series:
The Supervision Series is CUTA's newest Public Course offerings. The curriculum of these courses were designed around a series of interviews, evaluation results and industry surveys regarding the needs of Front Line Supervisors and have been made to address identified industry needs.
