Issue Papers

In the interest of making its members, political decision makers and the general public aware of the important issues surrounding public transit and its relevance to matters of national concern, the Canadian Urban Transit Association (CUTA) is producing Issue Papers at least four times a year.

Each paper is designed to provide a quick read on subjects of interest to the CUTA membership. It serves as a resource to members and the general public when questions arise on public transit topics. Several of the papers have links to supporting documents. Each document is publicly available and further distribution to interested parties is encouraged.  Reference to CUTA being the source of these Issue papers should be acknowledged.
